The place is in an historic district of town and surrounded by cute houses. Ours is not cute, but it has potential!
The plan is to get it liveable downstairs whilst we restore the upstairs apartment. Finish that, rent it, then restore downstairs.
Ideally, we'd like to install a redesigned roof and porch, but that's up to the city of Atlanta as they have restrictions on such things.
Should be nice when it's done!
